The full life of one booking, all on record
From creation to changes, check-in, and check-out, the system remembers who changed what and when. Open a single booking and its guest, sales, and payment details appear on one page.
Every room's right-now state, shown in color
Eight states from vacant to needs-cleaning are separated on a board, and when a check-out happens a housekeeping order is created automatically. Set a date range on an out-of-order room to block its sale.
Logging into each channel shrinks to one screen
Drag to select inventory and rates like a spreadsheet and edit them all at once. Save, and the same numbers reach every connected channel. If a duplicate booking slips in, the system detects and flags it immediately.
From guidance to codes, guest handling runs itself
When a booking is confirmed, guidance goes out; a welcome message before check-in, a check-out notice before departure. Door lock codes are delivered by text, too.
Trace a settlement's basis down to a single booking
Assemble the rules (channel fees, cleaning costs, consignment commissions) and the system does the math. A finalized settlement is locked, and every version is kept.
The whole team works together, with no wall of permissions or language
Set what each staff member can touch with switches, and staff of different nationalities see the same screen in their own language. Move between multiple sites from a single account, too.
